WHAT TYPES OF WAX DO YOU USE?
At our company, we use a mix of natural waxes, including soy and coconut apricot wax. We also use a minuscule amount of food-grade paraffin wax in our coconut apricot luxury candles for a kick in the scent throw. Each type of wax has its own unique properties and benefits, allowing us to create high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. HOW ARE THE TYPES OF WAXES DIFFERENT?
All waxes have pros and cons, making them great for different projects. For example, beeswax is 100% natural but non-vegan and has a more subtle scent than paraffin or soy wax. It also has a slighter, sweet scent when poured on its own. Palm wax is resistant to hot weather and lasts longer than others. It is also an excellent option for vegans. Unlike other waxes, though, it produces a crystal aesthetic, making it great for colored candles. It is also more challenging for a smooth top to form in past experiments. Coconut wax is a wonderful, eco-friendly, vegan wax, although it is more prone to melting during shipping or even to the touch, which can seem greasy. Many people avoid paraffin wax because of where it comes from and because it doesn't burn as cleanly as other types of wax. Pure soy wax smells great, but you will notice some aesthetic changes. It is usual for pure soy candles to have a slightly bumpy top or odd aesthetic notes. This does NOT affect the candle's quality, as it is a good way to differentiate pure soy.

Simply send us pictures of the issue, and we'll work together to make sure to fix the problem. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
HOW TO CARE FOR A CANDLE?
It's only logical to have a candle care guide, especially when dealing with fire. Keep your wick at 1/4 inch and ensure the candle is far from anything that can catch fire to prevent any potential problems. Nobody desires that kind of catastrophe. To ensure even burning and avoid tipping, it's best to keep the candle on a flat surface. Remember to never leave a candle unattended, as there's always a possibility of something going wrong, no matter how careful you are. When the wick is down to 1/4, it's best to get rid of the candle. Finally, avoid using water to extinguish a candle.
